Multimedia commands not working.

Hello I have an acer aspire v3-471g. The pause/play,next,prev and stop media commands are not working. I usually access them using the fn keys now they don't work. I also set some of my mouse buttons as pause/play, next and prev and now they don't work too. Please help. extra info: there is no keyboard driver provided at the acer website.

That's because the Kbd driver is built in to Windows, and it isn't a driver you need anyhow for your problem, it's classed as an "application" - - the "Launch Manager" application.

Go back to your model's download page and click on the "Application" tab instead of "Driver". Then download the "Dritek LaunchManager".
