Do i need an anti static wrist strap?

So i have a bit of a problem my case is fully painted there is no unpainted metal anywere and i seriously have like no unpainted metal in my house besides a tire iron would that work? And whats the best place to build it on wood or plastic etc. and should i where like rubber sole shoes and no shirt as to not generate static when moving my arms.

Im just worried about breaking something with static this is my first build and i would be devastated if i broke anything.

All you need to do is balance the charges between yourself and the case, you should be able to clip to the PSU or somewhere inside the case, there shouldn't be a reason to paint the inside of the case, but if you have to, remove the paint from an inconspicuous spot and hook the strap in there.

We have geo thermal heat so no metal radiator or anything like that and according to the internet painted metal is not okay.
