My Toshiba laptop has been unable to connect to the Internet via wireless for the whole two days that I've had it now. I don't think it's a problem with the router or modem, since two desktops, another laptop, an iPad, and a Smart TV all work fine.

What could be wrong? I have Windows 8.1 64-bit.
