need a CPU cooler

hey guys
my cpu is i5 3470 , it reach 78 C while i playing watch dogs and the new games like it
need to pick up a good cooler from this :
Cooler Master Hyper 103 CPU Cooler
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU Cooler
ARCTIC Freezer I30 CPU Cooler
arrange them from good to bad
i have to get one from this cause i have a limited Money :p
and is theres a difference if i left the case side opened or closed when i install the cooler?

The Arctic Freezer I30 and Hyper 212 EVO are roughly on par with one-another.
Next would be the Hyper T4, then the 103.

If you have proper airflow, there should be minimal difference between if you have your case opened or closed.
