Hi.
I want to buy myself a new gaming PC. I've already picked all the parts that would be the best for me and I don't need help with that. The problem is, that those parts don't really match in terms of colours (OH MY GOD SUCH A NOOB PC SHOULD WORK GOOD NOT LOOK GOOD - please, hold back from writing answers like this, for many gamers esthetic values are also quite important). The motherboard is going to be black with red elements, graphics card - black with blue elements, power supply - black with orange elements, ram - black with yellow elements... It's especially annoying to me considering that my current PC has perfectly matching components - all of them are either black or black with blue elements.
Is it possible to paint some of the components in order to make the coluor scheme consistent? If so, then how? Would it affect thermal performance?

It's possible though not recommended for most parts ; alot of people like to paint theri gpu's , but i think painting anything else than that is a very bad idea and could affect performance
