I need help with diagnosing ram problem in my htpc
A10 6700
GA-F2A88XN-WIFI (LATEST bios F4 installed)

The ram is perfect as I tested it with my other rig (just enabling XMP) no errors whatsoever
The problem is that if I enable XMP profile on bios Windows 8.1 64 bit only sees 4 gig. As soon as i disable XMP which defaults memory to 1333, windows recognises 8 gig of ram.
I have tried manually entering speed,primary timings, and increasing Vdimm (even with XMP profile enabled), also raised Vnb.
Im about to loose hope!!!
