My resolution is 1440*900

Will I able to play next Gen games like

Division
GTA 5
Far cry4
Arkham knight
Witcher wild hunt
FIFA 15
Advanced warfare
Bf hard line

On low settings with 20+ fps minimum

bad ram , bad cpu .
I say upgrade both with a ddr3 motherboard. and save up for graphic card.
U need a quad core intel cpu these days, core i5.

bro ultra or low will most likely give u same unplayable performance cz ur cpu is the main problem here, u need i5 for new games.

If I upgrade my computer I will have to change all except gpu and psu. So I cannot
I am going to take a laptop after 2 years so until that I need to manage games using this rig

See this hierarchy e8500 and q6600 are in same tier, u will not notice the difference until u go 3 tiers higher than ur current tier.
