Hi,
I have a msi 7950 and I used HDMI to hook it up to my Haier 24" tv. It won't fill up the TV and It has a black border around the picture. I put the res. to 1080p on both amd control center and windows 7 control center. This makes my games look terrible as if they are running on 600*800 res. and it's very hard to see text.
Please help thanks

Go to AMD Catalyst Control Center. Looking for the Scaling option via the search bar and drag the slider to 0%. Click apply.

That worked but the picture quality is still a bit wired. Any way to fix that, for example it looks better on my friend's monitor at the same settings.

You set the resolution to 1080p on the pc? Make sure you set refresh rates to 60Hz if the TV support it.
Picture quality can due to the tv itself since some tv don't make great pc monitors.
