New build temps

I recently just did my first build. Here are the specs http://pcpartpicker.com/p/y6gXYJ

For some reason i keep getting high temps.

I tripled checked everything any suggestions to what i might have done wrong.

And if anyone can explain what the temperature readins on hw monitor means would be greatly appreciated

My processor was at 52C at the time i took this snapshot was told it should not go past 62C. It was not under any heavy load only a few downloads going. It just did not seem normal to me. And i have no idea what the motherboard temps mean. can you explain those? (or am i just being to paranoid)
