how much NVRAM required for 1080p display

Hello guys please help me
I have a 1080p display monitor and i would like to buy a new graphics card please told me that how much NVram of graphics card is required for 1080p display for feature 1 or 2 years games.

GTX 770 has been rated to be a bit faster and more economical than R9 280X, but its more expensive. R9 280X may be a rebrand of old tech, but its got the latest directX version and Mantle.

I think both will last you more than 2 years, however your CPU may age first, but I bet you're waiting for skylake, aren't you? :)

1-2GB is fine for most games in most setting scenarios. 2GB if you like to use high quality textures, especially if you install texture packs on to games that expand the number and resolution of the textures. You shouldn't really need more than that for most medium to high settings in games.

Intel i5 2500
Intel DH67CL
G skill rip jaws 8GB Ram
Corsair TX850 power supply
which card is better for 1080p
zotac gtx 770 2 GB
or
Zotac GTX 770 4 GB
or
Asus R9 280X 3 GB

Please suggest the best card for future 1 or two years
