hi friends

I just bought a psu EVGA SuperNOVA BRONZE NEX750B and I want to buy a video card to be R9 280X Black Edition Double Dissipation - XFX as I see it asks for a PSU recommended minimum of 750 and one of 850

I recommend, the pieces that will connect this PSU are

MB Asus Maximus Hero
8GB
1TB
Noctua NH-D14 (2 Fan)
Case 3 Fan K280
i7 4770

Solution
The EVGA 750 you choose will work.
Wattage is not the only thing you should look at. The amps on the 12V rails is equally important.
For any single gpu pc build a quality 550W will be enough. The recommendation by the manufacturer includes the low-end quality power supply that says it is a 750W but it actually provides a lower wattage on the 12V rails.
I saying that you will have no problems using a XFX 550W in powering that build since it has enough amps on the 12V rails. It has 44 amps which equals to 528 Watts.
Your build will mostly likely draw 370 watts or less.
