So my current AMD mobo is faulty, gives me a ton of BSODs, so I'm replacing it with a new Intel Mobo (and processor). Now the question is, since I installed Windows 7 OEM onto the original mobo, and it's supposed to be locked to the mobo, do I need to buy a new copy of windows?
Normally I'd assume yes, but some friends are saying no, you can just call MS and what not. I'd really appreciate it if I could get a definitive answer as well as instructions if I don't need to re-buy windows.
