do you need Keyboard, mouse, monitor etc? or just the tower with the goodies inside?

I'm starting to build you one. However i do not see computer cases at this site....

Just to make this less confusing - the CPU is the Processor (Central Processing Unit), not the whole computer.

When was it ever a correct term for pcs? Its always meant Central Processing Unit for as long as I can remember.

Hmm I'm pretty old school but never heard of CPU being the whole PC. I mean i programmed on the Intel 8085 microprocessor

I have heard plenty of older folks mention it is such. I think it was used as a term for computers before microprocessors were introduced.

I reckon they are just wrong. That said, the earliest I was using computers was the 8086, so microprocessors only for me
