I think you have misunderstood the question.Here in the question building refers to adding components to the C.P.U.

This will be awesome!!!
We have someone bringing silicon.
Now what we can do is use those new LaserJet Printers that print custom circuits for the mobo
For the CPU you could add on to an arm cortex a9 or build from scratch
btw the LaserJet printer that prints circuits does exist

I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
