Is it worth it over Evga 780 ti sc acx and What Is the Main difference?

overclocking is the difference. with the classified you can switch to the ln2 bios which allows a 115% power target instead of 110%, or you can just flash a custom bios on that side and have up to a 200% power target. also with the classified voltage tool you can go as high as 1.50v on the core(you will need an ek block and a 240 rad and pump for that) and then the sky is the limit for overclocking.

so the classified is more future proof, I also have room for radiators in my core v71 case so, unfort in my country i cant find good water blocks

its not more future proof to say, its just capable of very high overclocks as long as you can keep the chip cool. a full water setup is going to cost you and after all is said and done, you could have bought 2 regular 780s and you would be faster than an extreme overclock on a single 780ti. its really up to you if you find overclocking worth it or not. i ended up getting the regular 780 classified because at the time it was $520 out the door which was only $25 over the regular acx cooled version and i figured, why not.
