Hmm, I don't know that motherboard, unless you mean the AsRock 960GM-(G)S3 FX. You want to make sure you get a motherboard capable of a MINIMUM of 4+2 power delivery for an 8-core CPU, and if it is that board, it only has a 3 phase delivery which will throttle and choke the 8320 to death.

Yeah its asrock and if you can, can you reccomend me a budget motherboard that will support the 8320?

Running an 8320 with a GA 970A UD3P. Absolutely the best mobo for this thing together with the M5a97 R2.0, they're about the same. If you wanna overclock get the ASUS as it won't do fake boot like the gigabyte one.

Yeah, again, that has the 4+1 delivery with no VRM cooling on top of that.

Check the 970A-D3 from Gigabyte, any M5A97 from ASUS, and the ASRock 970 Extreme 3 or 4. The Extreme 3 will throttle if overclocked, but will be acceptable for a stock clocked 8320.
