Ok so, im a pretty big noob with putting pc's together so, i went to install a new gpu and did it successfully, however when i turned on the computer 3/6 fans were not working. I try to figure out where i should plug in the fans, but could not even find the right cord. Please help me plug these back in because right now all 3 fans are exhaust fans. My motherboard is the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard i as of right now, do not have the motherboard manual. The fans not working are the front, and 2 on the side. Thank you.

What case do you have? Does it have a fan controller?
Here is the download page for the MB manual for that board: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/HelpDesk_Manual/
Page 1-6 shows you the MB layout and the locations of the CPU and SYS FAN headers.
Plus, you can always plug the fans directly into any Molex connector from the PSU.
