HD 7850 vs Gtx 750ti?

am building a new rig and i can't decide between the hd 7850 or 750ti
am on a budget so please don't ask for me to get a gtx 760 or similar
i will be playing Total War Rome 2, Battlefield 4 and Watch dogs

Actually, if you compare the performance index here at Tom's, the 7850 is just marginally better. It is definitely a more powerful solution, while the 750 Ti excel at performance per watt. Personally, I'd get the 750 Ti for its much better performance per watt, which also means a lot less noise and heat.

If all you care about s performance, then the 7850 will be faster. The index says about 10% faster, although I imagine there will be scenarios where this difference might be bigger.
