Hi I have chosen most of the parts for my new build, and would like the more expert opinion of others to tell me if it is any good. Man I'll be gutted if people say it sucks. ;)
ps I have converted pounds into dollars by x1.68. All dollar values are converted, not prices in US.

intel core 5-4670k £150 uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54670k
Asrock z87 extreme 4 £100.38 from eLow $168
SSD: Crucial m500 128 gb £49.53 from eBay $ 82
Ram: 4GB 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM HyperX Fury White Series £30 at ebuyer $50
CASE:In Win GR-One Full Tower E-ATX Gaming Case with Window NO PSU White £90.70 from MicroDirect.co.uk3 $151
GRAPHICS: I intend to use the integrated graphics for a while. For purposes of estimating PSU usage on new egg calculator i used the AMD Radeon
HD 850.
PSU : Netzteil Seasonic 550W G-550 Gold (80+) Semi-Modular 21250087
£75.06 from 2 shops $126

That comes to about £500, which is way more than i expected, mainly because I went for a more expensive PSU and case. I wanted to get the cougar evolution white, which I fell in love with, but you can't get it in the UK. I like white cases, so I went for the white one above.
Newegg put the wattage at 417W, with the graphics card, so I thought a 550W PSU would be good.
I'd like to bring the price down to about £400/$670, but don't want to compromise on the board and the CPU, nor the SSD. And I love the case too. Could I cheapen in the PSU?

Anyhow, any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: next few weeks
System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, browsing, office work
Are you buying a monitor:No
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: If Newegg Uk have the stuff at good prices I will use them cos I love their filter system.
Location: London, UK
Overclocking: Yes definitely
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe
Your Monitor res.: 1280x1024,
Additional Comments: I want to run CIV four at first without a graphics card, and then CIV 5 with one.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: MY current PC is ten yeaers old! I can barely type on it as you can see!

Everything you want but with 4GB's more of RAM and without your overpriced case.
Use the money saved and invest in a more less expensive case, like a Source 210 Elite or Fractal Design R4.

Thanks for the answers. Luckily I have found the in win case at sixty pounds on Amazon, with slight imperfections. The msi case is intriguing. How can a z97 be cheaper than a z87? Doesn't make sense to me.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.
