I'm looking to upgrade my CPU's heatsink and think of switching to a CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance liquid cooling kit (240mm). I'm wondering if this is a good choice and if I replaced the stock fans with the Corsair SP120 Quiet edition fans would it be compatible with a ASRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard? Would all connectors connect properly? Also are there any other Fans I should look for that would be quieter then the stock fans or the SP120's? Thanks!

It should work, but I do not reccomend the sp120's. Plenty of other fans can beat them in reliable tests. Noctua NF-F12's are a great choice. Have them in pull, and you will have a good set up. they are the quietest fans around. Also, Silverstone Air Perpetrators are a good choice, such as the ap123's (though they are not PWM). If you can fit an h105 in your case, I recommend getting that due to its thicker rad (high performance).
