My computer is constantly Glitching out.

My computer every minute or two, On two different Applications {Chrome,League of Legends} But thats because i mainly play on them it happens to all Applications Starts flashing and says Responding then not Responding in Rapid Sucess unallowing me to exit the program. It is extremely annoying. I'm unsure of the cause but it began after i installed Driver Booster. I have already rolled back all the drivers and asked microsoft help team but they were useless

chrome is a big pain for everybody that uses it and still people love it............... can't figure that one out. uninstall it........ all of it. run firefox and set up apps with it.

uninstall drive booster................ if you were having some particular problem with your pc, if it was software related, I doubt drive booster would have helped........... why did you use it?

list all hardware. give explanation of problems.
