Im going to upgrade my computer and the specs are the following ones(with the new MoBo and CPU)

Asus Maximus VII Hero
Intel Core i7 4770K (3.5GHz) Socket 1150
Asus GTX660 DCII 2GB DDR5
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB
Corsair XMS3 DHX CM3X2G1600C9DHX 4GB
2 Sata HDD
My current PSU is a Corsair CMPSU-650TX

Should I buy a new PSU due to the new CPU and MoBo?

How old is it? TX is pretty good for about 5 years.

Damric it's a 2008 model , should be replaced.

Yes is about that old

XFX apparently has been good on PSU, but is that enought for the specs?

Unless you think there is a problem with your psu, keep it.
It has plenty of power for your graphics card.

The dielectric in capacitors degrades over time. This is why PSUs should be replaced about every 5 years.
