Is WIN 7 a better OS than WIN8? (my sense from Tom's emails, reviews, WIN8 is not better)
I want to get a new laptop to replace my old Vista 32bit Toshiba Satellite N305. I will be getting something from amazonDOTcom. Am a prime member and get deals and free shipping.
Am looking at their warehouse deals for the WIN7s.
If WIN8 is better I can review a wider list of laptop options.
I don't want touch screen, DOES NOT HAVE TO BE a game machine. I want a machine that will run games via STEAM plugin. I don't buy box games anymore. DayZ intrigues me. I'm too slow on the run and gun shooters anymore.
