You probably want a 600 or somewhere there about, 550-650 is the general range. If you are spending that much on a video card why wouldn't you get a 4670k (or even an i7 if the budget would allow it) instead of the 8350?

If you don't plan on adding a second card, I'd recommend something in the range of 650W (Corsair and XFX are both decent). If you do plan on SLI in the future then I'd say 750-850 on the safe side

CX is Corsairs budget model, only meant for office PCs. You will be taxing your PSU's 12v rail very hard and you will want the best voltage regulation and ripple suppression to keep your CPU and Graphics card running smoothly. More often than not the CX PSUs will have less than 12v on the 12v rail under load, which is wreaks havoc on your CPU and especially your graphics card.
