So ive currently got 2 monitors hooked onto my PC but i got given an all in one pc which has a bigger monitor and is in 1080p which ive already started using. Every time i turn on my PC i have to switch the other PC on, wait for the hdmi input to change to my desired gpu and then hold the power button to power it down. Is there a way so that when i start my desktop pc all the monitors get turned on???

if it one pc with two monitors and it a newer amd or intel pc with ipgpu built into the pc. make sure the pc has the newest bios file. then check under primany diplay. most mb have a auto setting. if yurs is set to auto change it to peg/pci if you want your nvidia or amd gpu to turn on first. if you want the onboard gpu first set it to ipgpu first. also apu and intel newer mb will also have a setting under it called muilt monitor support turn it on.

theres nothing in the BIOS that has anything like this. Its got a very basic BIOS layout. only 5 tabs with like 3 diff modules to choose from and none indicate what i need
