620w enough for 4670k and R9 280x?

Solution
That PSU has enough power and is Haswell compatible.

It comes with the adapters so your all set.

It's a high quality power supply using an adapter will be fine.

I do believe I have it disabled and should I trust using a dual molex to 8-pin along with the 8-pin included with my PSU to power this thing?

Sorry for the confusion.
I didn't pay enough attention, to whole naming of the PSU on NewEgg link.
Just remembered that some time ago, I witnessed same situation, but at that time that model of PSU weren't Haswell Certified.
and Sr-71 is completely right, you can just follow his advice.
Sorry.
