I currently have this build

Case 1 x AZZA Atlas Gaming Case - Black
Processor 1 x Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor
Processor Cooling 1 x Standard 120mm Fan
Memory 1 x 16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module
Video Card 1 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 - 2GB - Single Card

Motherboard 1 x ASUS Z87-K -- 1x PCIE 3.0 x16, 6x SATA-III 6Gb/s, 2x USB 3.0
Power Supply 1 x 500 Watt - Standard
Primary Hard Drive 1 x 1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive
Optical Drive 1 x [12x Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY Reader, DVD±R/±RW Burner Combo Drive - Black
Sound Card 1 x 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard
Network Card 1 x Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)

And i want to take out the gtx 760 and replace it with 2 amd R9 270x running crossfire but i am worried i dont have the right pcie cables that came with this build because i am a noob and not sure it says "pci express" and the 1 next to it says sli ready but its for the nvidia so i want to know what i would need to buy to make the 2 r9's work in here, i know i would need like a 700w+ power supply and the crossfirex bridge. Help :3

Per the specs of your motherboard, it states that it's quad-Crossfire compatible, so there shouldn't be any issues with the motherboard supporting it.

That will depend on your power supply. If the graphic cards require external power connections from the power supply, you'll need a power supply that can provide those power connections. Based on your 500watt power supply (really need full spec or make and model number here), I'd recommend replacing it as well.

I am pretty sure AMD doesn't need crossfire bridge anymore. Anyway. Get atleast 700w with the right amount of PCIE connectors to make it work,
