Hello, i need your help guys

Im using a wd black 500gb and 1tb wd blue
So everytime i plugged in both sata drives, i cant install windows because its stuck on windows logo
When i hard reset, bios cant detect the sata 1 drive (wd black)
When I removed the wd blue, then i can install windows, install drivers even play games.

So i plugged in again the wd blue, and problems come again. I can see the wd blue in my computer, but i cant access it, it just shows local drive d with no info about how much storage left. Then my windows crash. I removed wd blue again, but it keeps crashing again and again so i reinstall again.

I plugged in both sata drives to another pc (so its 3 sata drives, 2 were mine)
And there is no problem at all! I can see all my files there, and then i used hd tune for error scan, both were still in good condition.

Friend of mine said its psu problem (i bought it 2-3 years ago)
But i need more opinions, maybe there is something i missed.
I install windows using usb drive with default bios settings

My spec:
I5 4440
Mobo MSI h87 g43
Ram 2x4 kingston
Gpu MSI gtx 760
Psu superflower 500w sf-500p12a

thats not working too
i dont know if what i do is right, but i got few sata cables and changing cables isnt the solution
i used sata 3 cable (my dvdrw cable) for both drives but still, when both drives plugged in windows cant boot

im gonna buy psu power tester today, im gonna let you know the result and post in 1st post
