I'm getting the well awaited i7 4790k for my first pc build, and I wanna make sure that this cooler is compatible, and good enough for the CPU.

I want this build to last quite a while, so I need safe CPU temps. If you don't think this one is good enough, please recommend one to me! I found this because it was the same brand as my thermal paste, and was one of the few well rated LGA1150 compatible coolers. I want safe temps! DON't RECOMMEND ONE FOR THE i7 4790, RECOMMEND A GOOD AND COMPATIBLE ONE WITH THE i7 4790k ONLY!
-Thanks!

A couple of suggestion (what you have will work fine, but would suggest the same price GSkill Snipers in 187=66/9 (tighter CL (better performance with the 9 vs 10CL), stronger chips so more OC headroom - and costs a little more but would look at the Z97-A from Asus, (built one last weelk, good strong mobo, OCs well, runs cool and handles DRAM well, BIOS is great)

lol, I got on to fix that and now I feel stupid :p
I literally added the Hyper 212 EVO before you replied and 2 seconds later I saw it.
Thanks, and can you please do a quick run by my parts list? (Remember instead of the 4790 I will be using a 4790k)
This is my first build btw, and I wanna make sure all the parts are compatible, fit in my case, and all the wires are long enough.
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/sammydogjj/saved/qyZFf7 <- Mah build (replace i7 4790 with 4790k- once again :p)
-Thanks

I don't mean to sound rude, but why did you recommend only 8gb instead of 16gb of ram?
And, I considered that mobo, but I thought the msi would be fine, cuz I don't really need that one touch optimization. So, if it was possible to order mine today, I have everything I need except a screwdriver and monitor, correct? (I'm using a small 1080p tv as a monitor, and I have a screwdriver :p)
