Mobo for mITX Build

Decided to dive into a Itx build after viewing the one build on PC Part picker by Philip himself. Just looking for the right mobo. Reading both good and bad things about every board cant really seem to find the right one.( EVGA Stinger, Msi Z97I, asus Z97I, asus Z87I, or even asus maximus VI, Asrock boards?.

only looking to overclock a little so i feel like the maximus is not for me. any opinions on any board?

And lastly: I would wait a couple of weeks for the i5-4690K to release. It will be better than the i5-4670K and the same price/just slightly more.
