An AMD A10-5800K processor and an Asus A88X-PRO FM2+ Motherboard, fit together?

I am planing to build a PC with an A10-5800 processor with an Asus A88X-PRO MoBo. Can somebody tell me if are compatible and what kind of 64 GB memory is the best for this arrange?

To answer your question, yes the A10-5800 will fit in the motherboard you have selected.

But I would not recommend an APU if you will be gaming or performing tasks like video editing, livestreaming etc.

And you do not need anything close to 64 GB of RAM in really anything you'd need to do, and not for a long time.

I would recommend an Intel Core i5/i7 (i7 if video/photo editing, livestreaming or other extensive tasks, i5 if just gaming), 8-16 GB of RAM, and a solid mid-range to high-end graphics card. I would recommend the Radeon R9 290 or Geforce GTX 780 as a graphics card.
