when someone use wifi, my pc lost connection

I use a PC with network cable plugged at my modem(also got WiFi available), but when someone (example; dad) connecting to my Wi-Fi & just use WhatsApp application on his phone, my connection on PC down. When I check at router configuration, There is no other people connecting to my Wi-Fi..

Sounds like you have an addressing issue, or a cable configuration issue.
When you connect to the router it issues you an id number called an IP address, if someone else has the same IP then this confuses the router and it just dumps one or both of you.
The other thing I am thinking is that you do not have your network wired correctly.



Do you have a modem and a wifi router, or is it one combined device?
If you have a seperate modem and router, is your pc plugged into the modem or the router?
Do you have a network switch?
