Will a Corsair CX750M Bottleneck my MSI 780 tf?

You don't really bottleneck with a PSU, you just can't run. Do NOT get a CX PSU, everybody here will swarm you with answers telling you not to get it, and get an XFX 750, which I agree with.

There is also a modular version too.

CX is made by CWT (Channel Well Trash), and Corsair only recommends these for office PCs. Often they don't even make 12v on the 12v rail.

Corsair has good models made by Seasonic, and will be reflected in price, such as the AX series.

But i saw a lot of positive reviews of their PSU even on gaming builds are they paid or something?

Not everyone is going to push those CXs as hard as a gamer would. For an email machine it's fine.
