I have windows 7 installed on my computer. On startup my LAN gets detected and send data over the network but but doesn't receive any data. However if disable and enable the LAN adapter in "My network places" its work fine and i can access the internet again. What could be the reason please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Solution
Firstly, try uninstalling & re-installing the LAN driver. To do that right click My computer > Manage > select Device manager, under the tree you'll see Network adapters. Expand it & right click on the LAN adapter, uninstall it. Afterwards, right click somewhere in that tree & select Scan for hardware changes

If method 1 did not help. Try to restore your workstation to a recent earliest date where the system was working fine. Once rebooted it should work properly.

Hope this helps.

Try to Reset the Network Adaptor

Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings for Disable and Enable.

Try to Change adapter settings and if not working than replace the adapter.
