Can I pair a Radeon R9 270x or a Nvidia GTX 670 with this CPU / Mobo / PSU?

As the title says, I'm hoping to get some pro advice on wether or not I can buy and slap in either one of the two GPU's above into a system that currently has the following components:

CPU - Phenom II x4 955

Mobo - A 5yr+ old ASRock, not sure of the exact model

PSU - Thermaltake 750W

If anyone could tell me wether or not I'd be able to get the most out of the new GPU without my old CPU and mobo bottle necking it, that would be great.

As far as the mobo goes, do I need any specific slots for the GTX670 or R9 270x to go into? I think the current mobo listed above has a "PCI Express" slot that my old gpu is currently in. ( p.s. yes im a total noob =] )

So yeah, basically any and all input would be greatly appreciated, wether or not the 955 CPU can handle the new GPU, which of the two GPU's I should go for, wether or not a 5year old PSU can support the new GPU, what requirements the mobo needs?

Thanks in advance

Eh dunno bro i got i5 3350p and gtx 770 which 2x 670 will be better than any 770 but my cpu is better than yours and i got few unoticable issues with it so yeah you will need new cpu at all.
