Problem Installing Sound Drivers (Multimedia Audio Controller)

My Computer Is Dell Optiplex GX270 And Motherboard Is Intel R Pentium R 4 CPU 2.80 GHz 2.79.Its A 32-Bit OS, First I Had Win. XP SP 3 Installed With All The Drivers And Then I Formatted and Installed Win. 7 Ultimate 32-Bit Version. The Graphic Drivers Which Earlier Worked In Win XP. Worked Now Also But The Sound Drivers (Realtek AC'97 Audio) Are Not Working. In The Device Manager, Under Sound, Video And Game Controllers It Shows Multimedia Audio Contoller (Without Exclamation Mark In Yellow ) And In Its Properties Under General Tab It Shows Under Device Status "No Drivers Are Installed For This Device"
And Under The Driver Tab It Shows
" Driver Provider: Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Driver Date: 22/07/2005
Driver Version: 5.10.0.5890
Digital Signing: Not Digitally Signed "

What Should I Do In This Case, Please Help Me :) ?

I Installed The Chipset Setup (2.31 MB File )From The Link U Provided But Still The Problem Persists And While Installing The Device Driver Software A Blue Screen Comes And The Computer Restarts The Blue Screen Comes And Goes So Fast That i Can't Read Everything But Something Like " Physical Memory Dumping, And To Protect Your Computer From Further Damage" It Says....... Now What To Do????
