I have installed a new GTX 650 ti in my pc. it has a 500W power supply. Now as soon as i connect internet on my pc (I usually connect through Wi-Fi) my whole pc freezes and does not respond more. I have to force restart it. It only happens when internet is connected otherwise all is fine.

MY PC SPECS: Intel Core i3 Sandy Brigde, GTX 650ti IG card, 2 1TB seagate harddrives, 4gb Kingston HyperX Memory and a 150mbps wifi adapter.

if the wifi card is in the pci slot next to the video card it may be using the same irq or memory range. try pulling the wifi card and moving it to another pci slot. also check to see there any bios updates to your mb to rule out a bios bug.

if the adaptor is usb one. check for firmware upgrade. make sure it on the usb 2.0 port. check that your using the newest chipset drivers for the motherboard. also try turning off the onboard ethernet port in the bios to free up some irq.
