MB doesnt start...:(

ITS my old sys.pentium3.as usal i shutdon the cmptr at 10 and at the next morning the computer doesnt turn on....i tried reseting the bios using bios jumper and tried replacing the smps.the led proves that motherboard get energy.....
then can u find a solution?/?
The board is mercury kobian 815 e

old pc try replacing the cmos battery if it old or weak the pc might not post. try another power supply to see if the one yu have failed. if there no post remove the ram and gpu see if the mb give a cmos beep code failure. if there none your pc may have failed from age. (cap failure).
