Sound distorsion on good rig.

Hello my sound distorts when i use other programs while playing music online or offline!
What can i do?
This is my configuration.
Windows 7 64 bit.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Q6600 @ 3.02
GPU: GTX650Ti
MB: ASUS P5B Deluxe
RAM: 4gb XMS 2 corsair 2x2gb
Power Suply: Chieftec gps-400aa-101a
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 2243nw
Sound card: Creative SB 0570 7.1

try setting exclusive control in your sound options.
there should be a check box to give exclusive applications priority in the (sound/playback) click on creative sb device (properties/advanced tab) and enable it.

The sound distorts when i move icons from 1 place to another or move the browser tabs.

the driver is updated to the exact product and stil get the distort in sound when i move the tabs or icons from one side to another
