I am playing Watch Dogs right now . Just bought it yesterday . After playing for 1 hour , i think it is too complicated for most gamers . I want to know is it me or everyone thinks like that ?

It is very complex and difficult for casual gamer . Isn't it ?

also i want to know how do i use Jam Coms ? I have purchsed 7 electronic parts and explosive chemicals as well and i have gained control of two ctos towers .

I don't feel the game is too complicated (from an overall standpoint), but I have been playing these kinds of games for some time. My father on the other hand is a big RTS gamer and he finds modern non-RTS games to be too confusing with everything you can do (his ideal shooter has no skill building, no stealth options and no story to muddle things up, or at least make cutscenes skipable). So I guess its complexity comes down to what you normally play.

As to using jam coms the device is selectable on the weapon wheel. If you are using a 360 controller LB to bring up the wheel and right stick to select it (y to create if you have not done so). It will drop it on your HUD by the selected weapon, then use RB to activate it.

High system requirements or just plain awful coding?? there is absolutely nothing in the game that should require high system requirements its not any more special than any other game thats out there

High system requirements, period. Not great graphics, but high system requirements as a direct result of awful coding.
Watchdogs looks pretty similar to BF3 or Crysis 2, it really shouldn't require more than a GTX 760 to max at 60 fps if it was well coded. But since it happens to be terribly optimized and requires too strong of hardware, most casual PC gamers won't touch it (as well as many serious ones...).

Too bad they concentrated more on the console version as developers do with most games these days. I agree that the game is complex but for me at least, I enjoy the challenge. It's pretty fun to play in my opinion but these guys are right when they say that it requires a goliath of a PC just to run a game with average graphics comparable to an older game like BF3.

Heck, even the next-gen console version struggles with this game even though the graphics are dumbed down to match the lower specs of the PS4 and Xbox One. The game is poorly optimized and struggles for no apparent reason other than coding issues.
