I have a raid 1+0 with 4 x 150Gb.
But i need more diskspace.
Is it possible to switch to 4 x 600 by replacing the discs one by one?
So take one out, wait for rebuild, and take another one out?

The question is does your raid engine allows online migration?
If it does, then yes! there will be TWO steps
1 - Miragate RAID level
2 - Online epxansion

After that you have to expand your partition to use the new un-allocate space...

It sounds very simple, but it is not as simple that every1 think...
ANY screw-up in the process your data is in danger
It may takes a LOOOOONG time to do all that, if your raid engine does not have enough power

Both Hawkeye22 and Firewire2 are both right.
The only safe option, though, is to restore from backup(which you should already have).
If you already have a backup, want minimal downtime, and have a controller capable of doing it, online migration is your best bet.
