I have been having some random crashes in windows 8.1
The thing is, I can't debug them since I have no BSOD or Dumps. The system just turns off.

Memtest: OK
CPU Temp: ~50 c
GPU Temp: ~60 c

System Specs:
RAM: 4 x 8 gb ddr3
Processor: AMD FX-8350
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 7850
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990fx

Link to full specs: here

Edit: I have solved the problem, it turns out that my low-speed fan on the cpu caused the motherboard to think the fan was faulty and shut down preemptively. It has been replaced with a slighty louder (faster) fan.

Two possible causes...

PSU problem, power line drops and the shuts down instantly, like someone pulled the power plug.

Other one is a HEAT related problem, CPU overheats and shuts the system off immediately to avoid damage. Open the case and look for DUST, especially on heatsinks and fans. Could be a bad thermal paste connection to the CPU/HEATSINK as well or a fan not running.

I think it might be the PSU then, is there any way to troubleshoot it?

The only thing I can think of is after the fact. With a voltmeter and schematic of the motherboard (you need to know the voltage input and voltage that should be there) test the connections. If not correct, the PSU might be at fault. However the motherboard could have a bad capacitor as well and would be shorting the voltage out. Look for swollen caps too.

Well, your computer has memory problems. Use Windows Memory Diagnostic to figure out this problem.

1. Press Windows Key + X.
2. Click Search.
3. Type "Memory" in the Search textbox.
4. Click the Settings icon.
5. Open "Diagnose your computer's memory problems" from the Search Results page.
6. Click "Restart now and check for problems" button.
7. The computer will be restarted and it'll conduct several memory tests.

If your problem still persists, use Windows Repair Tool to automatically scan and repair this problem.

Thank you.
