When I launch certain programs/games like windows movie maker call of duty black ops and call of duty black ops 2 I get this error message. I've tried all the solutions in this arcticle: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1931360/0xc00007b-error-fix.html but no luck.
I have Windows 7 x64 and a clean installation of Windows.
EDIT: After uninstalling c++ Call of duty seems to work. But Movie Maker still does it.
