Toms did an interesting review on what you need to play WatchDogs...

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/watch-dogs-pc-performance...

From what they found you're HD7770 will be fine for lower settings (it is the same card as the 'R7 250X'), however I think you're CPU might struggle (based on their review it likes cores, if you could upgrade to a quad core Athalon 2 or Phenom II that would be a big improvement).

You're motherboard is fine for the graphics card btw (basically all a graphics card needs is a PCIe 2 x 16 slot and enough power so a decent power supply is a must for higher end cards, although the 7770 isn't too bad in that respect).

The HD7770 is a low performing graphics card - a bit better than a GTX650. The athlon x2 270 is a low performing cpu. They should work together fine.

They should be able to play watch dogs on 720p at low detail at about 50fps - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/watch-dogs-pc-perfo...

The graphics card should be fine, but the *slowest* cpu they tested was an i3 (2 cores + HT, equivalent to an AMD quad core) and that was dropping to 24fps minimums. I think the X2 270 is going to struggle, however his motherboard does support up to Phenom II X4 if he can find one cheap on ebay.
