AMD VS Inte core

Solution
I have an A10. I have it because I was on a budget when I purchased and could not get a discrete graphics card, and had very little money for a really good processor.

I have since upgraded to 2 discrete graphics cards, and am anxiously awaiting the day I can afford to upgrade the motherboard CPU. I wish I had the i7, because it does indeed in raw CPU power blow the A10 out of the water, no matter how much you OC the A10.

If you need something for low end gaming and are on a hard budget, the A10 is the way to go. I have no regrets really, as it has served me well for what I do.

You really can't decide which is better until you know "what is this going to be used for, and will it be paired with a discrete graphics card, and what is...

You really can't decide which is better until you know "what is this going to be used for, and will it be paired with a discrete graphics card, and what is the total budget for the build." If only comparing CPU processing, the i7. If you will be using integrated graphics and the graphics is more important, the A10. If you are on a low budget, the A10. If you have plenty of money to spend, get the i7 and a good discrete graphics card.
