So, I have a radeon hd 4670 that i'm keeping for my future build, but my friend got it only in a bag, so my retarded cat went and peed in it. So, I am going to use it in a BARE MINIMUM of 3-4 weeks, do you think the pee would've damaged it?

This is NOT a troll question.

Pee = Liquid = Electronics = Bad.. So i wouldn't connect it to my rig, ever. Unless you have a old rig that you can spare, and test it out there.
But i wouldn't recommend it.

If it was fresh water you could have attempted to dry it out, but cat pee would probably be pretty hard on the components. Plus I can't imagine the smell once the card starts to warm up...

If you have to use it try using high % rubbing alcohol to clean up the affected area with a small brush or Qtip. Also might help to pull the cooler, clean it, and then you can see where any liquid might have dried under it to clean. Then clean the surfaces with alcohol and re-apply thermal.

If it was off, you are OK. DO NOT plug it in to test it. Cat urine has amonia, electrolytes and conductive particulates in it. Clean it ASAP.

You are going to need to disassemble the GPU to clean it off.

Q-tips and rubbing alcohol (* 91% Alcohol is very inexpensive and available at most pharmaqcies)

Then clean and use high quality thermal paste to reinstall the GPU cooler.

After this is done, if the GPU works without issues then your cat can be forgiven. If not, then I would take your cat to the VET for a 'trim'.

Just an FYI, the card isn't connected anywhere.

No idea how your comment got auto-best soloution, but it damn right deserves one. I cleaned it with 95% alcohol, and is drying atm.

One last question, was it bad that I didn't re-add the cooler bolts diagonally like you would do with a CPU cooler?

It wasn't auto-selected, it was done by Pinhedd who is another member of the Tom's Moderation team to give credit for some good advice.
