WHAT GPU HELP!!! (First Build)

I FINALLY SAVED UP ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY MY PC COMPONENTS!!!
Im going to be using this pc for video editing, 3d modeling+Rendering(I use maya and 3dsmax) and a little gaming.
I have bought all of the components except the GPU!
(I dont mind spending just over $350)
So far i have:
AMD FX-8320 8 Core Black Edition Processor
ASRock 990FX Extreme3 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 Ram
Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM HHD
Antec GX500 Dominator Case with Window
Antec EA-650 Platinum Power Supply
Coolermaster Hyper 212X CPU Cooler

Im thinking either a;
Radeon R9 270X
-or-
Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Feel free to speak your mind about the build as im new to building PC's it would be good pointers for a future build :)

PLEASE HELP!!!

you seem to have made very nice choices in terms of part selection, for the gpu, i would recommend an evga superclocked ACX r9 280x...since you mentioned more 3D work than gaming, the only reason to go nvidia would be physx, but the r9 280x is a more powerful card than its nvidia equivalent
  2. Same 280x but massively better CPU for the work you'll be doing for the same price as above:
