What kind of PSU would go with this build?

2x4gb ddr3 ram
Some kind of optical drive
Western Digital 1tb

I read the threads within the one thread about power supplies but it was too much for me to understand, I dont know how much watts i need except the 600w requirement on GTX 780 ti, but what is the total amount i will need how much amps on 12v rail?

For the GeForce GTX 780ti you will require a psu with 42A on the +12v rail and a 600W PSU minimum
i would reccomend a psu from
seasonic/xfx or any psu from the corsair TX,HX or AX range of PSU's as they all have high grade japanese capacitors

EDIT : 700w or there abouts will give you some headroom
