I just build a new budget PC. In the Device Managers - The Network Controller, System Devices, Universal Serial Bus Controller, network adapter and others has this symbol next to it. (!). I pretty much update everything except the Bios. Not sure if this is necessary at this time. Surely appreciate all the positive advice. Thanks again.

problem solved. I was just surpise that when I downloaded the drivers from asus website.. did not update all the drivers that I needed. So i decide to use the CD that was inluded with the MOBO and it updated flawlessly. kinda weird though.. thanks again
