Hey guys,
I'm looking for some way to access my files over the internet on two different computers at home. I can currently do this with Team Viewer, but it leaves a dialog box on the screen after I'm done. That would be cool except one of the computers is a HTPC and it's a pain to get a mouse out to remove the dialogue box.
I've seen this done on OSX, but I'm not sure if it was an integrated thing or a separate program. My friend had his home computer appear just like any other drive on the system. Also, I'm not familiar with VPN's but I have a feeling that this is the way I should go. Any suggestion would be helpful!
My laptop I'm looking to receive the files on in Windows 8.1 based, as is one of the desktops, but the HTPC is still running Win7.
